Doctor Nowabi took care of me when I had difficulty walking. He provided me with crutches and knee support when I was limping. I came off the ER and my primary care doctor same day so overwhelmed and ill without getting the care I needed and I went to Medrite W 42nd location. That's what people expect real doctors to do for their patients. I appreciate that every time the staff are so caring and nice to me. They make sure I get everything I need in a proper time.*****

Yes, I would love to share that my experience from start to finish was amazing from stepping in and being greeted by handsome and accommodating John. He explained everything that was needed for my daughter's workman's compensation injury case as far as getting an authorization from her job. He was soo patient with us. Yami was extremely patient and forgiving with me being impatient while waiting for a fax to come through. Thank you so much beautiful Yami. Sometimes I can be a Karen in reverse and you held your composure. After noticing how accommodating everyone was, I decided to be seen for a cough. My medical assistant greeted me with a beautiful smile and offered the most gentle covid test (thank God resulted negative) My doctor was so nice and patiently answered my questions. My whole experience was thorough and fast. And lastly, upon exiting and checking out, my daughter and I were given discharge instructions and medication administration instructions explained thoroughly. Front desk Ellie complimented my hat. She's so sweet and amazing. (I watched her demeanor when she came in and noticed how sweet she was) This is so important for patients to notice.Guys thank you for an excellent amazing experience and I will highly recommend this location to anyone in need of fast and reliable medical services including x-rays. Thanks guys ❤️
